Giới thiệu chung về keo nến, keo cây silicon

Đặc tính kỹ thuật

Thành phần nhựa chính của keo nến là các loại polymer nhựa nhiệt dẻo gốc Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate và các loại rosin. Đặc tính chung của các sản phẩm kết dính nhiệt là khả năng mềm dẻo và tạo độ kết dính ở nhiệt độ sử dụng. Sau khi nhiệt độ giảm, chúng nhanh chóng đóng rắn và hình thành liên kết giữa các bề mặt vật liệu với nhau.

Các sản phẩm keo cây silicon đa dạng về kích thước với các thông số cụ thể như 7x300mm, 7x280mm, 11x300mm, 10.5x245mm (đường kính x chiều dài) và các loại súng bắn keo nến đi kèm với kích thước và công suất phù hợp.

Màu sắc của keo nến keo cây silicon có 2 màu chính: đó là màu trắng (trắng đục và trắng trong) cho các sản phẩm có yêu cầu về tính thẩm mỹ cao và màu vàng (từ vàng nhạt đến hơi nâu) cho các sản phẩm mà yếu tố thẩm mỹ ít được chú trọng hơn. Các sản phẩm này có nhiệt độ sử dụng từ 160-180oC, mùi nhẹ, không bị nhiễu khi đang sử dụng nên tiết kiệm chi phí cho người sử dụng.

Về cách lựa chọn chất kết dính cho phù hợp với từng ứng dụng cụ thể, các dòng sản phẩm của Valona được chia thành các dòng chính như: Dòng sản phẩm keo cây silicon phổ thông được sử dụng để kết dính những vật liệu dễ kết dính như giấy draft, giấy carton, gỗ, vải…Dòng sản phẩm trung cấp được cải tiến về độ bám dính và thẩm thấu nhằm kết dính những vật liệu khó bám dính hơn như nhựa với giấy. Dòng sản phẩm cao cấp có khả năng tạo được liên kết giữa các loại giấy phủ màng với nhau.
