Giới thiệu chung về keo nhiệt dán nhãn chai PET

Sản phẩm nước giải khát tại thị trường Việt Nam vô cùng đa dạng và phong phú đặc biệt là các dòng sản phẩm nước suối, nước ngọt đóng chai nhựa PET. Hầu hết các dòng sản phẩm này được sản xuất và đóng gói tự động, trong đó khâu dán nhãn chai như một phần thiết yếu trong việc nhận diện thương hiệu. Sự phát triển của các dòng máy dán nhãn yêu cầu cần có lạo keo nhiệt dán nhãn chai PET phù hợp với hệ thống. Để đáp ứng yêu cầu về tốc độ máy và độ dính, loại keo sử dụng cần phải có những tính chất cơ lý đặc thù.

Tính ưu việt của keo nhiệt dán nhãn chai PET

  • Sản phẩm có khả năng kết dính cao, có khả năng bám dính lại
  • Có khả năng chịu nhiệt trong quá trình vận chuyển, do mép dán rất nhỏ nên cần đảm bảo không bị hở mép
  • Có khả năng chịu lạnh trong trường hợp bảo quản trong ngăn mát hoặc ngăn đông tủ lạnh
  • Keo đảm bảo không kéo tơ trong quá trình sử dụng bởi hệ thống dán nhãn có tốc độ rất cao, nếu không kiểm soát được yếu tố này rất dễ gây ra sự cố làm ngưng quá trình sản xuất

Hiện nay, trên thị trường có các dòng máy dán nhãn chai PET của các hãng nổi tiếng như P.E. Labellers, Krones, KHS, Sidel, Meler với mức vận hành ở tốc độ dán nhãn từ 5,000 đến 48,000 chai/giờ để giúp cho người sử dụng có thể dễ dàng lựa chọn, Valona cũng căn cứ vào tốc độ vận hành cũng như chất liệu nhãn dán mà cung cấp giải pháp cho phù hợp

Keo nhiệt MINERVA A06-12A là keo keo nhiệt dán nhãn chai PET thông dụng, trong suốt, không mùi, đáp ứng được phần lớn các yêu cầu của khách hàng về dán nhãn chai. Đây là keo nóng chảy PSA phổ thông, có độ bền cao, có thể được sử dụng với hầu hết các tốc độ dán nhãn. Ngoài ra, keo nóng chảy MINERVA A06-12A có khả năng chịu được lạnh và kháng nước cao nên dùng chủ yếu trong các ứng dụng dán nhãn chai nước khoáng không ga, nước tinh khiết, trà uống liền và nước hoa quả các loại.

Keo nóng chảy MINERVA LB-008 cũng là loại keo màu trong suốt, cực kỳ linh hoạt và cung cấp độ bám dính ban đầu cao cũng như thời gian mở lâu. Đây là ưu điểm đặc biệt để keo nóng chảy PSA MINERVA LB-008 được sử dụng trong các ứng dụng yêu cầu khởi động chậm và dán nhãn nhanh. Sản phẩm này thích hợp cho việc dán nhãn chai nước uống có ga nhờ vào sự giãn nở hoàn hảo.
